Associate Attorney, Workers Compensation

Location: Remote must live and work in California

Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Overview

A growing California Workers' Compensation Defense Firm is seeking a remote Associate Attorney to defend clients in workers' compensation cases. The role requires a strong background in Workers' Comp defense, trial preparation, and client representation.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar
• 2+ years of Workers' Comp Defense Experience
• Experience in trial and cross-examination preferred (but not required)
• Experience with Depos
• Understanding confidentiality requirements
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
