Your role 

We are looking for a Channel Digital Marketign Intern who will have the opportunity to actively contribute to exciting projects, with 2 focus:

  1. Supporting the eWHS project, a programme designed to enable and enhance the eCommerce capabilities of our independent opticians.
  2. Coordinating and managing Marketing storytelling contents across the Group’s main B2B and B2B2C digital sales platforms supporting initiatives aimed at continuously strengthening Luxottica’s presence worldwide.


Main responsibilities:

  • Work with the eWHS Team and worldwide subsidiaries to support the growth of our client’s  eCommerce business through the creation of brand e-page which evaluate the brand collections and campaign. (To date the eWHS Programme is running only Essilor Luxottica’s own brans like Ray-Ban, Oakley…);
  • Support and manage the audit process monitoring websites of our clients and creating reports to gather final results
  • Update the new WHS Assets Sharing platform dedicated to customers with brand assets, calendar and ah hoc materials for e-tailers.
  • Support the team on recurrent touch base with brand teams and abroad marketing teams
  • Maintenance of the eWHS mktg calendar;
  • Digital Marketing assets management for the B2B and B2C digital sales platforms
  • CMS management and UX/UI support for our digital platforms
  • Touch point with all our Brand Managers in order to manage different stream of works (i.e. Optical websites, eWHS programme etc.)
  • On field support during our sales events

Main requirements:

  • Educational Background in  Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Management
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of team members and levels in a matrix organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills, knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, along with general understanding of other analytical tools
  • Demonstrates a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Shows motivation in tackling challenges and takes responsibility for assigned tasks within a structured learning environment.
  • Values teamwork and collaboration, understanding the importance of contributing to shared objectives.
