Entry-Level Client Service Representative

Are you detail-oriented and comfortable working on a computer all day? Do you enjoy helping customers and keeping information organized? We're hiring an Entry-Level Client Service Representative to join our client's team. This role is a great fit for someone with at least one year of customer service or administrative experience who's looking to build their career in an office setting.

What You'll Do:

• Enter and update account information in internal systems.
• Answer client requests via phone and email.
• Review and organize documentation (mail, faxes, emails).
• Make occasional calls to DMVs or insurance companies to gather information.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and account files.
• Support the department with additional tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay: $18/hour
• Location: Onsite to start; transitions to hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) after permanent hire.
• Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
