Job Overview:

The Director of Alumni Relations is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and connect Misericordia University's alumni community with the university. This role will oversee alumni programming, communications, and initiatives aimed at fostering alumni involvement, support, and advocacy for the university. The Director will work collaboratively with various departments to enhance the alumni experience and strengthen the university's relationship with its graduates.

Experience:

• Five years of implementing and growing constituency programs and activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including writing and speaking, are required.
• Experience in developing project budgets and monitoring expenditures preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in higher education preferred.

Education:

• A Bachelor's degree is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
