ResponsibilitiesIn this entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to learn about the insurance industry while honing your sales and customer service skills.
As an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, contacting, and meeting with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and present them with personalized coverage options

We require that you obtain and pay for your Property and Casualty General Lines license in Texas. (we also have a relationship with a group that provides the training and costs involved, contact us for more).
Selling insurance is hard in the beginning. It requires immense discipline, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a competitive sales environment.
The initial phase is often the most difficult due to a high volume of leads and the need to build a client base, but success is possible with consistent effort and relationship-building.
