Key Responsibilities

Creative Development & Design

• Design engaging visual assets for digital advertising across Amazon, Shopify, and Meta.
• Develop concept mockups and creative explorations for internal and client approvals.
• Create Amazon A+ Content, including module layouts, product storytelling visuals, and season assets.
• Design Amazon Brand Store and Shopify visuals to support launches, merchandising, seasonal promotions initiatives using seasonal direction and brand kits.
• Provide seasonal elements and graphics to social media and video teams.

Brand & Visual Consistency

• Ensure A+ Content, Brand Store, Shopify, and paid media assets align with brand guidelines and seasonal, creative goals.
• Assist in refreshing creative for seasonal launches, promotions, and key retail moments.
• Adapt existing assets into multiple sizes and formats for cross-channel use.

Collaboration & Creative Support

• Partner with Marketing Director and licensing teams to translate seasonal briefs into approved concepts and final assets.
• Support A/B testing initiatives by creating multiple creative variations and iterations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and grow creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and performance-driven creative.
