Pay Type: Starting pay is $20/hr

Position Type: Full time (32-40 hours a week)

Responsibilities:

The role of the hospitality manager is to ensure all FOH systems are followed during all dayparts and support in overall team development. In addition the manager will own guest care and recovery, upselling efforts, and the CFA brand execution. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong understanding of proper Chick-fil-A standards and procedures
  • Continuously identify areas where improvement is needed in 
  • Continuously coach team members, captains, and leaders on proper execution of FOH systems 
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with Director of Guest Experience and FOH team members
  • Assist and provide direct feedback to the Director with any assigned needs or system improvements, as outlined by the director
  • Use restaurant training plans and training teams for guidance in coaching
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all administrative time deliverables
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all activities and materials 
  • Provide the director with any information regarding needs in their areas of responsibility
  • Develop a weekly or monthly plan for the execution of job duties and responsibilities to ensure they are done timely and effectively
  • Use CEM data and directors direction to identify areas where extra coaching and focus may be necessary
  • Ensure team members, captains, and team leads are completing their role responsibilities as required, address instances where those requirements are not being fulfilled 
  • Attend frequent meetings with the area director and leaders as required
  • Seek continuous growth both personally and professionally
  • Aid in continuously developing and maintaining growth and development plans for team members, captains, and team leaders
  • Develops process management of guest care and recovery; and keeps systems accurate and up to date
  • Responsible for periodically evaluating the effectiveness of coaching and systems using appropriate tools (i.e.: surveys) and metrics (i.e.: eRQA, Safe Daily Criticals, CARES reports, CEM scores, Self-select ERQA and more) as well as team member and director feedback
  • Aids in providing performance evaluations for captains, team leads, and team members.
