Russell Tobin & Associates is currently hiring for a Junior Financial Analyst in Columbus, Ohio!

The Junior Financial Analyst will support the Client Servicing departments of Performance Reporting, Asset Allocation, Portfolio Risk, Confirms, Prospectus, and Statements for the largest field of Financial Advisors in the industry. This role involves analyzing, researching, and reconciling issues across multiple platforms, creating combined summaries, selecting indices, and providing system navigation. The individual will explain and present dynamic investment tools and reports needed by Financial Advisors.

Additional Information

• Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Pay: $24-24.44 an hour
• Schedule: Hybrid with 3 days in office 2 remote
• Duration: Contract 6+ months Temp to Perm Opportunity

Qualifications

• Knowledge of portfolio performance or risk measurement statistics and tools.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years experience in financial services
• Strong problem-solving skills and personal accountability.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Solid understanding of investment vehicles.
• Quick learner with the ability to apply knowledge effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial analysis software and tools.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in client service roles within the financial sector.

Must be authorized to work in the United States
