We are seeking a highly experienced and polished Lead Corporate Flight Attendant to oversee and elevate the onboard experience across our private aviation operation. In this leadership role, you will not only deliver exceptional service on board but also set the standard for cabin safety, service protocols, and operational excellence for the entire flight attendant team. This position requires a proactive professional with a deep understanding of luxury service, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to discretion, safety, and the highest standards of private aviation hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Oversight:

  • Serve as the senior cabin crew member across the fleet, mentoring and onboarding new corporate flight attendants.
  • Develop and implement service protocols, SOPs, and training materials for cabin service consistency.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a five-star, detail-oriented service culture on all flights.
  • Coordinate with flight department leadership to align service delivery with ownership expectations.

Executive Service & Guest Experience:

  • Deliver a refined, anticipatory level of service consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Maintain passenger confidentiality, discretion, and privacy at all times.
  • Provide curated culinary options, beverage service, fine wines, and specialty items.
  • Personalize each flight based on guest profiles, dietary needs, and travel preferences.
  • Manage last-minute changes with grace and agility.

Flight Preparation & Cabin Presentation:

  • Coordinate closely with the flight crew and trip support teams to ensure all aspects of the flight are aligned with passenger expectations.
  • Prepare and manage in-flight meals tailored to client preferences and executed to the highest culinary standards.
  • Ensure the cabin is meticulously staged pre-flight.
  • Maintain, track, and refresh onboard inventory, including luxury linens, tableware, and toiletries.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Conduct comprehensive pre-flight safety checks in accordance with aviation regulations and company protocols.
  • Deliver pre-flight safety briefings and manage in-flight safety procedures with discretion and professionalism.
  • Remain prepared to respond to medical or emergency situations with calm authority and competence.

Post-Flight Duties:

  • Oversee full cabin reset and provisioning for subsequent flights.
  • Submit detailed post-flight service reports and passenger feedback (if requested).
  • Manage galley and cabin restocking, liaising with vendors and provisioning services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant aboard private jets (Part 91 and/or Part 135).
  • Certification from a recognized corporate flight attendant training program (e.g., FlightSafety, FACTS, Aircare).
  • Current CPR, AED, and first aid certification (EMT or advanced medical training preferred).
  • Proven ability to deliver white-glove service in luxury or VIP environments (private aviation or five-star hospitality).
  • Polished, professional appearance with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of international customs, global etiquette, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Valid passport with ability to travel internationally.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to operate autonomously under pressure.

Working Environment:

  • Variable schedule and short-notice assignments.
  • Must be physically able to perform duties in a confined, mobile environment for extended periods.
  • Requires a high level of confidentiality, flexibility, and emotional intelligence.
