PRN (As-Needed) Healthcare Position
Position Overview
PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies.
PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent , with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under provider supervision
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient status and document care
• Support clinical workflow and patient safety

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Clinical experience in assigned specialty

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Reliable internet and phone access.
