Position Summary:

The Milwaukee Milkmen are searching for the next Bo Vine, our high-energy, crowd-pleasing mascot! This position requires a charismatic, athletic, and enthusiastic performer who can bring the Bo Vine character to life, engaging fans of all ages both in the ballpark and within the community.

The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, and passionate about entertaining fans while representing the Milkmen brand in a fun, professional, and family-friendly manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform as Bo Vine at all home games, promotional events, community appearances, and special team functions.
• Engage fans throughout the stadium with high-energy antics, skits, and interactions to create a fun, memorable experience.
• Support fan engagement and marketing initiatives, including social media content and promotional campaigns.
• Attend community events, schools, and local appearances as Bo Vine, serving as an ambassador for the Milwaukee Milkmen.
• Collaborate with the marketing and game day staff to develop new skits, routines, and interactive activities for fans.
• Ensure proper care, storage, and maintenance of the Bo Vine costume and related props.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times while in character, representing the Milwaukee Milkmen brand positively.

Qualifications:

• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable performing in front of large crowds.
• Strong physical stamina; ability to perform in a full mascot costume for extended periods.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season.
• Team player with creativity, humor, and the ability to engage with fans of all ages.
• Previous experience in mascot performance, acting, improv, or dance is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain character and professionalism at all times.
