Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting various types of meat products while ensuring the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Cut, trim, and portion meat according to customer specifications
- Prepare meat products such as steaks, roasts, and ground meat
- Package and label meat products for display and sale
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cutting area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist customers with their meat selection and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role in a restaurant or culinary setting
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their preparation methods
- Excellent knife skills and the ability to handle sharp tools safely
- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Note: This position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
