$180,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Principal Business Consultant

Clarasys - Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid)

• You are skilled at managing client relationships and have experience working with large, highly complex organizations.
• You have a strong Boston network and are eager to use your network to help bring custom consulting solutions to the market.

• You are passionate about your work and have a consulting background with strong stakeholder management skills and analytical abilities.

• You have worked at small consulting firms in the past, and you have exposure to the fast pace and flexible nature of them.
• You have a strong ability to sell work, either landing new clients or expanding current accounts, clients call you when they want something done well.

We are looking for consultants with 10-15 years experience leading complex client engagements at a consulting firm in these areas:

• Program Management
• Global digital transformations
• Subscription economy technology implementations
• Patient experience and healthcare technology transformation
• Business development and client relationship management

Preferred industries:

• Healthcare, hospital billing, or medical records
• Media & Information Services
• Professional Services
