Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with excellent pay and growth potential? Staffmark is hiring a Process Operator in Alexandria, MN! This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical and forklift experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: $27.25 per hour

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts | 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist the production lead with daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Safely dump bags of materials into mixers and monitor equipment during production runs.
• Regularly observe and adjust pH levels in surge tanks to maintain proper chemical balance.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials and supplies as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Support final blending and bag-dumping processes as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise operating procedures.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
