Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse (LPN or RN) with psychiatric experience to join our team in Tennessee. This position is ideal for someone passionate about patient care and interested in education and operations. You will facilitate educational groups, provide psychiatric care, and collaborate with our team on operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient education groups focused on mental health topics.
• Provide psychiatric care and support to patients.
• Assist in the operational aspects of care delivery and team collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Qualifications:

• Licensed LPN or RN in Tennessee.
• Previous psychiatric experience is required.
• Strong communication and group facilitation skills.
• Interest in operational aspects of healthcare is a plus.
