• Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and networking
• Use data and intuition to make smart, fast hiring recommendations
• Deliver a best-in-class experience for every candidate and hiring partner

What You Bring

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities at once
• Sharp communication and relationship-building skills
• A bias for action, follow-through, and measurable results
• Comfort using ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• A genuine interest in people, problem-solving, and business impact
