Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) providing inpatient psychiatric care to children and adolescents . Treats depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, anxiety disorders . Delivers direct patient care, medication administration , patient/family education, and therapeutic group support ( symptom management, medication education, anger management, stress management, discharge planning ). Acts as patient advocate within an interdisciplinary behavioral health team.
Requirements: Active RN license, BLS (AHA) . Psych/behavioral health experience preferred.
Schedule: Days, evenings, nights, rotating shifts; weekends required.
Pay: $33.00–$52.80/hr (DOE).
