Position: School Nurse Location: Ocean, NJ, 07712 Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:15am-3:15pm) The Position: · Currently seeking a School Nurse to work with students with developmental and multiple physical disabilities. · Nurses work closely with our transdisciplinary team (teachers, therapists and school social worker) to meet the individual needs and goals of each student. · Responsibilities include performing hands on nursing skills with gastronomy tube feedings, medication administration, seizure monitoring and daily health monitoring. Requirements: · Licensed Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey and Basic Life Support Certification required. · Experience with students with disabilities in a school setting preferred. · School nurse certifications and PALS certification preferred.
