This is a remote position. About the Role: As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions from contract to closing. Responsibilities:
Requirements: Qualifications: Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred. Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly. Has an experience with Florida & Texas State Compliance. Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service. Must have at least 6+ months of real estate experience. Home-Based Requirements: Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 10 Mbps. Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions. Updated computer (desktop or laptop) Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required and an excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam.
