Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a travel opportunity with a 6P-2A shift and a minimum of 2 years recent ultrasound experience required.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Assignment is in an ultrasound department
• Shift is from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
• 13-week contract position
• Patient care is performed within a hospital setting
• Position may involve general and specialized ultrasound procedures
• No local candidates accepted—must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Compliance documents and certifications must be presented at the time of consideration
• Professional attire or scrub dress code as per department policy
• Travelers receive orientation to hospital procedures and protocols

\n \n Requirements\n

• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in ultrasound
• Must have at least 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in this role
• Active and valid credentials required; license required if applicable
• Certifications must be current and from AHA or ARC and valid for duration of contract
• No gaps in work history equal to or exceeding 90 days in the last 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• At least one professional reference required for Colorado
