Do You Offer a Satisfaction Guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30 day complete satisfaction guarantee. We will strive to make sure each one of our customers is happy with their purchase, however If you don’t love your flag mount for any reason we will give you a full refund of what you paid for the product*.
*excludes shipping costs which is borne by the customer. Customer also pays for return shipping. Refund will be processed once we receive the product back at our facility and fully inspect the mounts being returned. Any flag mount that is returned that is not in re-sellable condition will not be granted a refund.
We understand that sometimes people make mistakes and end up ordering the wrong thing or don’t fully understand the sizing/offering of certain items. We do allow exchanges only on flag mounts within 30 days of purchase. To be able to exchange your flag mount you must first call or email us to initiate the process. Please reference your order number as well as the item that was purchased and the item that was meant to be purchased. Items being exchanged must be in re-sellable condition, meaning that the flag mount has never been mounted on a vehicle and the mounting bracket has no signs of wear ex. a product that was just taken out of the packaging and never mounted. Customer who is looking to exchange will be responsible for both the shipping to return the flag mounts to our facility and also for the shipping of the new flag mounts. This will be done via an invoice from PayPal and must be paid before the new mounts will be shipped out. If requested, we can provide shipping labels at our rates which may reduce shipping costs, which will be emailed to a designated email address once the invoice for the shipping charges are paid. Also any flag mounts that are shipped back and deemed in non-sellable condition/new condition will be shipped back to you. You will be responsible for the shipping charges and they will need to be paid before the mounts will be shipped back to you as well.

We want to make sure our customers know they are being listened to as you drive our innovations on our products and want to make sure we take care of potential issues head on.
Are Your Products Made In The USA?
Do You Offer a Warranty On The Flags?
Yes, we believe in the design of our wing technology so strongly that we are doing something that no other flag company will do; warranty our flags*. We offer a 10,000 mile warranty on flags that are used in conjunction with our flag mounts that use our patent pending wing design**. However we do not offer a warranty on flags used on mounts that are not utilizing our wing technology which includes any motorcycle flag that was sewn to fit another flag mount besides ours, our golf cart mounts, tractor flag mounts, and pilot cars. Any flag that was improperly mounted is not covered under warranty. Any flag on a motor vehicle that was knowingly mounted with any object within striking distance from end of the flag (as in, take the flag end and outstretch it to full length and if it can hit anything 180 degrees from edge of wing to edge of wing, that is deemed within striking distance). We will ask you for pictures of where the flag mount was mounted, proof of ownership, and may ask for additional pictures to be supplied so we can deem what has caused the issue and if it is covered. Failure to provide pictures or being willing to communicate with us to fix the issue will slow the process and may hinder your warranty claim.
*Does not include fading because our flags last so much longer than our competitors.

Do You Offer a Warranty On The Flag Mounts?
Yes we do. Our goal is to be the premiere flag mount company in the industry. We strive to produce the highest quality American Made products possible which is why we stand behind them with a 1 year limited warranty on our flag mounts. This limited warranty includes any manufacturer defects, premature defects in the finish of the flag mounts, and breakage due to material defects. If you were supplied with Loctite in your order and you failed to apply the Loctite to the 3/8″ bolt before installing on your vehicle it voids the warranty. Warranty does not cover theft, breakage due to failure to follow installation instructions, failure to properly inspect flag mounts and topper regularly for tightness, and any other issues that arise from mistreatment and misuse of our flag mount systems. We will ask you for pictures of where the flag mount was mounted, proof of ownership, and may ask for additional pictures to be supplied so we can deem what has caused the issue and if it is covered. Failure to provide pictures or willing to communicate with us to fix the issue will slow the process and may hinder your warranty claim.
Do Flags Made By Other Companies Fit Your Flag Mounts? I Have a Flag That I Have Already Purchased That I Would Like to Fly On My Flag Mount
In a nutshell, no, flags made by other companies do not fit our flag mounts. Based on our unique design the flags actually slide inside of our flag mount, not around a pole. However, If you have a flag that you would like to use on our flag mounts there is a simple process to be able to do so. You can either send it in to us and we will modify the endcap to be able to fit our mounts or we will send you our special endcap that you can modify it yourself. You would need to cut the existing endcap off the flag and then hot glue the flag into our special endcap. Please let us know before you place your order of your intention of trying to fit an existing flag to our mounts and we will provide you with an extra endcap when your order is shipped.
Do You Make Any Flags Larger Than 11.5″x15″? Do You Make 3 Foot By 5 Foot Flags?
Because of our manufacturing capabilities and our limitations we do not currently make or offer any flags that fit our patented flag mounts larger than 11.5″x15″.
Do You Offer Large Quantity Discounts for Motorcycle Clubs, Sports Teams, Golf Tournaments, etc…?
Yes! For more information on the quantity discounts email us at ro*@x5***********.com. Please include what product(s) you are interested in, the desired quantities, turn-around time desired, and what type event/group it is for. Also if you are interested in custom flags donned with your logo please provide a copy of print ready artwork in the form of an .svg file, high resolution .png file (has to be over 1500x1500px), Adobe Illustrator file (.ai), .eps, or print ready PDF. We will not print any artwork that is registered without written permission from that group. Failure to do so will result in having the order not be fulfilled.
Do You Offer Any Discounts for Veterans, Active Duty Military Members, & First Responders?
Yes! X50 Flag Mounts is a strong supporter of our troops and are greatly thankful for the men and women that protect and serve our country as well as our veterans. For any active military member or veteran we offer a special military discount. We will require you to send in or upload your DD-214 (with your Social Security blocked off) or a copy of your Military ID to ro*@x5***********.com and then we will send you a special coupon code for the discount. Discounts must be requested before an order is placed to receive a discount. No discount can be/will be applied to an order that has already been placed, No Exceptions! How Long Do Flags Last?
With the X50 Flag Mount Classic you can expect to get up to 20,000 miles for the 11.5 x 15 flags on cars and trucks and up to 100,000 miles for motorcycles. With the 8 x 11 flags on cars and truck you can expect the flags to last 30,000 miles or more. We have over 1,000,000 miles of testing through all weather conditions, high wind, rain, and snow. After the extent of our testing those are the average mileages before you will see any noticeable wear to the flag. If you only drive 12,000 miles a year you may notice fading before flag shows any wear. Each customer may have varying experiences with flag life. It all depends on variables of climate, wind patterns and driving habits. Some may get more flag life, some less.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We try our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. We try to ship each order within 3 business days of the order being placed, not counting weekends. You should expect to receive your package between 2-7 days depending on where you live in the country. We primarily use UPS to ship any flag mount order and use USPS only for flags.
I Am Interesting In Becoming A Dealer, How Do I Do That?
We are always looking to expand our dealer network and at this time we are accepting new dealers, especially in our tractor/combine line. We are also accepting dealers for our motorcycle line of flag mounts, however we are currently limiting them to Harley-Davidson and Indian Motorcycle dealers only. At time time we are not looking to take on any “mom-and-pop”/one off stores. To become a dealer please go to the “Dealer Registration” page on our website. We will also ask for a reseller’s permit/S-211 form before taking you on as a dealer.
